Everbuild Tecnic Fire Sealant 300 600ml Foils five hour rated acrylic intumescent sealant

Gives a firm & flexible seal to joints in a variety of fire rated structures.

Everbuild Tecnic 300 Fire Sealant 600ml Intumescent Acrylic Sealant is a one part, emulsion acrylic based, intumescent sealant that gives a firm yet flexible + or – 12.5% seal to joints in a variety of fire rated structures.

Everbuild Tecnic 300 Fire Sealant is designed for sealing joints, voids and irregular holes in fire walls, partitions and other structures up to 50mm wide; also for maintaining the integrity of pipes and cables that penetrate them. When exposed to heat this intumescent acrylic sealant swells to greater than three times it’s original size, resisting the passage of fire for up to five hours.

Once dried Tecnic 300 Fire Rated Sealant can be over painted if required. An additional beneifit of Tecnic 300 is its excellent acoustic properties with a average noise reduction of 29dB.  Tested in accordance with BS EN 1366-4:2006, BS EN ISO 140/3:2005, EN13141-1 and BS EN 1366-3:2009.

Tested to Warrington Fire Research Report No.181967 In suitably designed joints will resist the passage of fire for up to 5 hours.

Everbuild Tecnic Fire Sealant 300 When exposed to heat swells greater than 3 x its original size and creats a char that will resist the passage of fire for up to 5 hours.
